Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by a company official on February 13, 2013 on
behalf of workers and former workers of Hewlett-Packard
Enterprise Services, Palo Alto, California.
The company has requested that the petition be withdrawn
due to inadvertent misstatements of facts caused by
administrative error and in order for Hewlett-Packard
Enterprise Services to file a new petition that more
accurately identifies the affected worker group. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
