Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 7, 2013 by a state workforce agent on
behalf of workers and former workers of Segula Technologies,
on-site at HCL America, Webster, New York.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. A petition must cover a worker group and a group of
workers means three or more workers, per 29 CFR 90. The subject
worker group is comprised of only one worker - an employee of
Genuent IT Fluency, also known as Genuent, formerly known as
Segula Technologies, Webster, New York. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
Workers of Genuent, working on-site at HCL America, Inc.,
Webster, New York, may be eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under TA-W-81,776.
