Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 4, 2013 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Bush Industries of Pennsylvania, Inc., a
subsidiary of Bush Industries Inc., Erie, Pennsylvania. The
worker group is engaged in employment related to warehousing
and distribution.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-
W-80,340B), which expires on September 9, 2013. Consequently,
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and
the investigation has been terminated.
