Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition for Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on January 31, 2013, by workers
of YP Southeast Advertising & Publishing LLC, Tucker, Georgia
Division, Publishing Operations Group, YP subsidiary Holdings LLC,
YP LLC, YP Holdings LLC, Tucker, Georgia.
The petitioning workers were separated from a YP Holdings LLC
facility located at 1281 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, Tennessee
and not from a YP Holdings LLC facility located in Tucker, Georgia,
as stated in the petition. Furthermore, the petitioning workers
are eligible to apply for TAA under TA-W-82,394 (which expires on
March 14, 2015). Consequently, further investigation in this case
would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
