Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on January
22, 2013 on behalf of workers of American Silk Mills LLC, a
subsidiary of Gerli & Co., Plains, Pennsylvania.
The petitioning group of workers is eligible to apply for
TAA under an existing certification that expires on February 6,
2015 (TA-W-82,322). Therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
