Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 22, 2013 by workers on behalf of
workers of American Airlines, a subsidiary of AMR Corporation,
Tulsa International Airport, Aircraft Maintenance and Related,
Tulsa, Oklahoma (TA-W-82-357) and American Airlines, a
subsidiary of AMR Corporation, Tulsa International Airport,
Fleet Services Clerks, Tulsa, Oklahoma (TA-W-82-357A).
Workers of American Airlines, a subsidiary of AMR
Corporation, Tulsa International Airport, Aircraft Maintenance
and Related Tulsa, Oklahoma are currently eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under an active certification (TA-W-
81,990) that expires on November 15, 2014. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
Workers of American Airlines, a subsidiary of AMR
Corporation, Tulsa International Airport, Fleet Services Clerks,
Tulsa, Oklahoma were denied eligibility under (TA-W-82,289) that
was signed on March 3, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
