Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 27, 2012 on behalf of workers of
American Airlines, Tulsa International Airport, Aircraft
Maintenance and Related, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed
is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-81,990) that expires on
November 15, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
