Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 20, 2012 by the United Steel Workers, District 10, Local
2635, Unit 2635-24, for Gamesa Technology Corporation, doing
business as Fiberblade, LLC, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. The
petitioner has agreed to the consolidation of the immediate
investigation with the other Gamesa facilities in Pennsylvania,
which are currently being investigated under petition TA-W-82,288.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
