Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 19, 2012 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC), a
wholly owned subsidiary of Hostess Brands, Inc., operating in
locations throughout the State of Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,165L) which
expires on February 19, 2015. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
