Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by the State Workforce Office on December 17,
2012 on behalf of workers of State Street Corporation,
Information Technology Group, Boston, Massachusetts and
Quincy, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed
is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-82,237) that expires on
February 12, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
