amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by the Texas Workforce Commission on December
14, 2012 on behalf of workers of Verizon Business Network
Services, Inc., Senior Coordinator-Order Management, Voice
Over Internet Protocol, Small and Medium Business, San
Antonio, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed
is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-82,189A) that expires on
January 18, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
