Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 14, 2012 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC), a
wholly owned subsidiary of Hostess Brands, Inc., Northwood -
Wonder/Hostess Plant, Northwood, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,165FF) which
expires on February 19, 2015. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
