Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 6, 2012 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of ODW Contract Services, working on-site at SST Truck Company, a
Navistar, Inc. company, Garland, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,128) which expires
on December 6, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
