Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 5, 2012 by a company official on
behalf of workers of WellPoint, Bronx, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-81,474) that expires on May
14, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
