Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on December 5, 2012 in
response to a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed
by a State of New Jersey workforce agent on behalf of workers
and former workers of Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S.
Corporation, Teaneck, New Jersey (subject firm). The workers'
firm is engaged in activities related to the supply of computer
consulting services for the subject firm's clients.
Workers of the subject firm are eligible to apply for TAA
under an amended certification (TA-W-82,300) which expires on
January 10, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
