Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 5, 2012 by the General Teamsters,
Warehousemen, and Helpers Union Local 483, affiliated with
International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) on behalf of
workers of Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC), a wholly owned
subsidiary of Hostess Brands, Inc., Boise - 743 W. McGregor Ct.
STE 110 and 120 Depot and Garage, Boise, Idaho.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,165K) which
expires on February 19, 2015. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
