Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on November 27, 2012, by a company official on
behalf of workers of Tyco Electronics Corporation, TE
Connectivity Ltd. Company, Middletown, Pennsylvania. The
workers are engaged in activates related to the supply of
accounts payable and cash applications services.
The worker group is covered by a certification (TA-W-81,557)
which expires on June 22, 2014. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
