Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on November 21, 2012 by the International Union
of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 286 on behalf of workers of
Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC), a wholly owned subsidiary
of Hostess Brands, Inc., Seattle-Hostess Plant, Seattle,
Washington.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,165RR) which
expires on February 19, 2015. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
