an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 6, 2012 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Wurth Revcar Fasteners, Inc. working on-site at Daimler Buses
North America, Inc., Oriskany, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-81,718) which expires
on September 28, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
