Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed on October 16,
2012, by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers of
Manpower working on-site at The Evercare Company, Waynesboro,
Georgia.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-81,932) which expires on September 14, 2014.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
