Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed by a
company official on October 5, 2012, on behalf of workers
Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., IT/Project
Management, Windsor, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was
filed is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under an active certification (TA-W-82,050B)
that expires on October 17, 2014. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
