Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed by a company official on
October 1, 2012, on behalf of workers Delphi Electronics and
Safety, a subsidiary of Delphi Corporation, Auburn Hills,
Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under
an active certification (TA-W-81,991B) that expires on October
24, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
