Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on September 24,
2012, on behalf of workers of APC Workforce Solutions II, LLC,
dba ZeroChaos, working on-site at State Street Corporation,
Quincy, Massachusetts . The worker group on whose behalf the
petition was filed is covered under an existing certification
(TA-W-81,576; State Street Corporation, including on-site leased
workers from APC Workforce Solutions II LLC, DBA ZeroChaos,
Quincy, Massachusetts) which expires on June 18, 2014.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
