an investigation was initiated in response to a petition for Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on September 19, 2012 on behalf
of workers of Peabody Energy, Evansville, Indiana.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. One of the petitioners has stated that he did not give
permission for his name to be used and did not sign the petition.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
