Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on
September 18, 2012, on behalf of one worker of Custom Food
Group, South East Division, whose wages are reported through
Career Adventures, working on-site at General Motors Vehicle
Manufacturing, Shreveport, Louisiana. The worker on whose behalf
the petition was filed is part of a worker group covered under
an existing certification (TA-W-81,751), which expires on August
3, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
