Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed by three
workers on September 6, 2012, on behalf of workers Verizon
Business Network Services, Inc., Senior Analyst-Sales
Implementation and Service Program Delivery Division, San
Francisco, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed
is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under an active certification (TA-W-81,968) that
expires on December 5, 2014. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
