Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on August
30, 2012, on behalf of workers of Hydro Aluminum North America,
Inc., Monett, Michigan.
Based on information obtained during the investigation, the
Department determines that workers covered by petition TA-W-
81,930 were either (totally or partially) separated or
threatened by (total or partial) separation on or prior to May
19, 2012, and, therefore, determines that the worker group
covered by TA-W-81,930 is part of the worker group covered by
TA-W-81,589A (Hydro Aluminum North America, Inc., Midwest
Region, including on-site leased workers from Penmac, Monett,
Missouri). Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
