Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 7, 2012 on behalf of workers of IS One,
Inc., a division of E&R Industrial Sales, working on-site at New
Process Gear, a division of Magna Powertrain, East Syracuse, New
York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,940) which
expires on January 7, 2013. TA-W-74,940 was amended on August
31, 2012 to include on-site workers of IS One, Inc.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
