petition filed on July 10, 2012 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of ConAgra Foods, ConAgra Commercial Division,
Temp Control, Batesville, Arkansas.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
