Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 26, 2012 on behalf of workers of Medical
Card System, De Pere, Wisconsin.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioner is a former worker of the firm. To be
valid, a petition must be filed by a group of three or more
workers, a company official, a representative from a one-stop
operator/partner, or a union or other duly authorized
representative of such workers. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
