Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on June 25,
2012, on behalf of workers of Honeywell, formerly known as
Honeywell International, Scanning and Mobility Division, (AKA
Hand Held Products, Inc.), Blackwood, New Jersey. The worker
group on whose behalf the petition was filed is eligible to
apply for TAA under an existing certification (TA-W-80,122A)
which expires on May 25, 2013. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
