amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 22, 2012 by a company official on behalf
of workers of ConAgra Foods Inc., Omaha, Nebraska.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioner, a former worker, cannot be considered
a company official. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
