amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed on June,
2012, on behalf of workers Cinram Distribution, LLC, a
subsidiary of Cinram International, LaVergne, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was
filed is currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance under an existing certification (TA-W-81,726)
which expires on July 25, 2014. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
