Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 13, 2012 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of RG Steel Sparrows Point LLC, formerly known
as Severstal Sparrows Point LLC, a subsidiary of RG Steel LLC,
including on-site leased workers from Echelon Service Company,
Sun Associated Industries, Inc., MPI Consultants LLC, Alliance
Engineering, Inc., Washington Group International, Javan &
Walter, Inc., Kinetic Technical Resources Co., Innovative
Practical Approach, Inc., and CPSI, Sparrows Point, Maryland.






The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,919) which
expires on February 9, 2013. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
