Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 5, 2012 by a State Workforce Agency on
behalf of workers and former workers of SL Montevideo
Technology, Inc., Montevideo, Minnesota. The petition filed was
intended for workers separated from Pro-Dex Astromec, Inc.,
Carson City, Nevada. Therefore, the petitioner requests the
petition to be withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
