Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on June 1,
2012 by a One-Stop Operator/Partner on behalf of workers of PPP
Careers, Inc., working on-site at Navistar International Truck
Development and Technology Center, a Subsidiary of Navistar
International Corporation, Truck Division, 2911 Meyer Road, Fort
Wayne, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for TAA under an existing
certification (TA-W-75,151) which expires on October 20, 2013.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
