amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on May 31,
2012 by workers on behalf of workers of ABM Janitorial Services
Northeast, Inc., East Syracuse, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for TAA under an existing
certification (TA-W-74,940) which expires on January 7, 2013.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
