an investigation was initiated in response to a Trade Adjustment
Assistance petition filed on May 11, 2012 on behalf of workers of
Imperial Security, Sparta, Tennessee.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioner filed as a company official, but is/was
not an official and is not authorized to represent Imperial
Security. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
