Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a petition
filed on May 11, 2012 by a state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Chartis Global Services, Inc., a subsidiary of
Chartis, Inc., Regional Processing Organization, Regional Service
Center, Dallas, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-81,263A) which
expires on February 13, 2014. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
