Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on May 7, 2012 by a Louisiana state workforce
official on behalf of workers of BASF, working on-site at
General Motors Corporation, Shreveport, Louisiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-74,081) which
expires on July 27, 2012. Workers of BASF, working on-site at
General Motors Corporation, Shreveport, Louisiana who may be
separated after July 27, 2012 are the subject of an ongoing
investigation (TA-W-81,751) for which a determination has not
yet been issued. Consequently, this investigation has been
terminated.
