Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 6, 2012 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Pratt and Whitney, a subsidiary of United Technologies
Corporation, Far Group And Experimental Test Group, East
Hartford, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification, TA-W-75,152A as amended,
which expires on February 25, 2013. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
