Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 28, 2012 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Dow Jones & Company, Inc., Dow Jones Content Services,
Princeton, New Jersey.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-81,045) which expires
on January 26, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
