Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 27, 2012 on behalf of workers and
former workers of Flo-Pro, Inc., a division of Introcan, Motor
Parts of America, Inc., Bedford, New Hampshire.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioner is a former employee of the subject firm
and, at the time of the filing, was no longer a company official
or an authorized representative of the worker group on whose
behalf the petition was filed. To be valid, a petition must be
filed by a group of three or more workers, a company or public
agency official, a representative from a One-Stop operators or
partners, or a union or other duly authorized representative of
such workers. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
