amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on February
21, 2012, on behalf of workers of UBS Services, LLC, Jersey
City, New Jersey.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for TAA under an existing
certification (TA-W-75,009C) which expires on February 8, 2013.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
