Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 27, 2012 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Sunoco, Inc., 10 Industrial Hwy, MS4,
Building G, Lester, Pennsylvania.
The Department issued a negative determination (TA-W-
81,145A) applicable to the petitioning group of workers on
February 7, 2012. The company requested that the Lester,
Pennsylvania worker group be consolidated with the Marcus Hook
Refinery worker group, which was covered by TA-W-81,145. No new
information or change in circumstances is evident that would
result in a reversal of the Department's previous determination.
Consequently, further investigation would serve no purpose, and
the investigation has been terminated.
