Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 27, 2012 by an “other authorized representative” on behalf
of workers of Header Products, Inc., Romulus, Michigan.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petitioner is a former worker of the firm. To be
valid, a petition must be filed by a group of three or more
workers, a company or public agency official, a representative
from a One-Stop operators or partners, or a union or other duly
authorized representative of such workers. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
