Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 9, 2012 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Dell Financial Services (DFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Dell, Inc., a Delaware Holding Corporation, Austin, Texas.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
