Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 22, 2011 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Shreveport Ramp Services, LLC, a subsidiary
of Inter-Rail Group, Inc., Shreveport, Louisiana is the subject
of the investigation.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification, TA-W-74,081 as amended,
which expires on July 27, 2012. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
