Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 16, 2011 by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers
at Platinum Ribbon Packaging, Inc., Port Washington, New York.
The worker was engaged in activities related to business management
and customer service. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated based on lack of a worker group from the subject firm.
