petition filed on November 8, 2011 by a company official and a
stage agency representative on behalf of workers of Emhart
Teknologies, Emhart - Parker Kalon Plant, a Stanley Black &
Decker company, Campbellsville, Kentucky.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
